LOST...

I love LOST, and besides Southaprk and Scrubs I hardly watch any other series. Episode 9 of season 4 was full of action BUT there are some major problems with their arabic typing. First the titles in the TV mentioning Saeed Jarrah are wrong and not only the letters of his name were not in the normal joined format but also not correct!! Here you in the picture how it should look like.

Then the scene with the couffin. The typing is ok, the name on the couffin is wrong. Then the same funeral scene there is some sign with mixed ok and wrong arabic typing??! Which is most confusing.

The scene with Ben and Saeed you can see a perfect grafitti work in arabic. I can imagine different shooting locations studios on all over the world etc. tpying in any language is not a problem I used the gimp :) which is also free.

So dear Lost crew one would expect such great production to get this done correctly.

HoooraY! A new Blog!

If you have been waiting, you made it. here comes a brand new blog. Sure you have noticed that Iam -kind of- a lame blogger :-) actually I leave you enough time to enjoy my blogs ;) I am planing to be more active and I will be pimping my blog, so keep those eyes (even if you have only one for any "good" reason) open!

Well, what has happend since my last blog? A lot! I moved to Berlin and I have a job. Working is cool. Waking up early pretty much a pain in the ass. Berlin is an exciting city for many reasons and with alot of apportunities... I have already found two cool places. One is B-Flat, where you can listen to live Jazz music. The other is Frannz, which has a nice lounge area.

So take cake and CYA!

facebook

Well, I also joined facebook (my sisters were there and kind of dragged me into it). At the beginning I thought the template of facebook is poor (and still think so) but the apps. offered are pretty cool.

On the down side you got bombed with applications that you need to install to be "social" and after a while you proflie page is a monster to load (Thanks God for broadband internet! ). Nice thing is that I met some people I have not had any contact to -not on purpose- for a long time, friends, old school mates, people from my home town Beit Jala or just newly got to know. I am excited where it goes from here...

I started a new group there called
Palestinian Coders/Programmers. I am excited if we will get any members here :) I am currently thinking of a useful Application for facebook, maybe we can them make a joint effort in the group to realize it. I will keep you posted.

So tell next time World!

"Hallo World"

Welcome to my zone!

As some might notice only a programmer/geek might choose this title. I am one -more or less- but still I do not consider myself hardcore geek :D

This is my first blog and more are surely coming so stay tuned.

TC (I like to say take cake:-)
