Well, I also joined facebook (my sisters were there and kind of dragged me into it). At the beginning I thought the template of facebook is poor (and still think so) but the apps. offered are pretty cool.

On the down side you got bombed with applications that you need to install to be "social" and after a while you proflie page is a monster to load (Thanks God for broadband internet! ). Nice thing is that I met some people I have not had any contact to -not on purpose- for a long time, friends, old school mates, people from my home town Beit Jala or just newly got to know. I am excited where it goes from here...

I started a new group there called Palestinian Coders/Programmers. I am excited if we will get any members here :) I am currently thinking of a useful Application for facebook, maybe we can them make a joint effort in the group to realize it. I will keep you posted.
